Step 1 — Session Capture
Get the session's content into the platform. Two cards: Session Details (metadata) and Session Transcript or Description (the content itself). Saving this step creates the session and moves you to Notes.

Privacy
Audio streams directly to the transcription service and is not stored by the platform; only the resulting transcript is saved with the session.

Step 2 — Session Notes
The AI drafts structured notes from your transcript. Three editable cards, and the step can't complete without a clinical note in at least one format.
The three cards

Generate All Notes runs all three in sequence (progress shows 1/3, 2/3, 3/3); each card also has its own AI button for regenerating just that note. Everything is editable after generation, and the step autosaves.

What the AI uses
The transcript plus session basics: patient age, session date and type, duration, and your provider name. It does not read medical history, prior sessions, or tracking data. AI-generated content is flagged with a banner in the editor; review before signing.
