Email templates
If you'd rather send the invite from your own email instead of the auto-invite, use one of the buttons below the template you want:
- Open in email — uses your default desktop email client (Mail, Outlook, Spark, etc.) via
mailto: - Open in Gmail — opens Gmail in a new tab with the message pre-filled
Add the patient's email, fill in the bracketed placeholders, and send.
Find the invite code at Patient record → Settings → Program Access. The same code works in every app you've turned on — if the family uses both apps, mention both download links and the one code.
