Where it comes from
- The family generates and emails the PDF directly from the app's Health area.
- Doctor visits and mom wellness live only in the app, so the PDF is the one place you'll see doctor-visit history.
If you're connected to the patient, most of the same data is live in the patient record under Trends; the PDF adds the app-only sections and the family's framing.
