Patient onboarding defaults
What every new patient receives the moment you invite them.
What you can configure

Where to set this
Profile → Settings → Patient Onboarding. Each clinician has their own defaults.
Per-patient overrides
When you invite a patient — or re-invite later — you can override these defaults for that specific patient on the Patient → Settings tab. See Resending invites & re-onboarding for the WAIVED state used in in-office setups.
