Resending invites & re-onboarding
For patients who lost the invite email, dropped off during onboarding, or want to add a different parent app.
Onboarding states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ACTIVE | Onboarding complete; patient is using the app |
| PENDING | Invite sent; not yet finished |
| WAIVED | Required steps skipped (typically in-office onboarding) |
What you can do
- Re-send the invite email — same code, same record.
- Generate a fresh invite code — invalidates the old one.
- Change which apps the patient is connected to — Sprout / Baby / both.
- Revoke app access — patient stays in the platform but loses app access. Useful when a patient declines the app entirely.
Re-issuing an invite doesn't reset the patient record. Sessions, growth data, and shared logs are preserved.
