Signals on the Patients page

Activity covers app opens, parent-app logs (feedings, sleep, growth, etc.), and session attendance.
The onboarding email drip
For patients in PENDING state:

Drip stops as soon as onboarding completes.
Custom drip cadence and per-organization overrides are on the roadmap.
