What goals look like

• Short, actionable, patient-readable
• Optionally linked to one of the ICD-10 diagnoses you'll add in Step 5
• Appear on the Session Summary PDF and inside the patient app (when connected)

Why link to ICD-10

• Tracks whether each diagnosis has an active goal
• Surfaces gaps when you re-open the patient — e.g., a diagnosis with no associated goal
