What patients see when they connect

The flow on the patient side when they enter your connection code.

The steps

  1. Enter the code — home-screen nudge or Settings → Provider → Enter Code.
  2. Review provider info — your name, designation, organization.
  3. Select which child profile to connect (if they have multiple).
  4. HIPAA consent — explicit checkbox with itemized data-sharing disclosure. See HIPAA consent.
  5. Connection established — premium unlocks; you appear under their connected providers.

After connection

  • Your session notes appear under the Health tab (Heartful Sprout) or the corresponding screen per app.
  • Their logs start flowing back to you on the next sync.
  • Premium features unlock automatically.

Soft-disconnect. Patients can revoke from their app at any time. Existing data stays on your end.
