Quick-add patient from an event

When a Calendly event's invitee doesn't match a patient, the Event Details sidebar offers two actions:

• Link to Existing Patient: attach the invitee's email to a patient already on your roster (adds a linked email so future events match)
• Add as New Patient: open the Add New Patient dialog pre-filled from the event

What Add as New Patient pre-fills

• Contact email (the invitee's)
• Guardian first/last name, parsed from the invitee name

You still provide

• Patient first and last name (required; the invitee name lands in the guardian fields, not the patient's)
• Date of Birth and gestational age if preterm
• Program selection: which app the family gets — see Programs & invite options
• Anything else from Adding a patient

From here, the flow is identical to manual patient entry.
