Quick-add patient from an event

When a Calendly event has an invitee without a matched patient, the calendar shows a Create patient prompt.

What it pre-fills

First name and last name (parsed from the Calendly invitee)
Contact email
Initial appointment date

You still provide

Patient birthday
Which patient app(s) to invite to — see Which app to recommend
Invitation mode (with or without provider connection) — see Invitation modes
Anything else from Adding a patient
