Per-dose statuses

| Complete | Dose given on or after its earliest recommended date |
| Due-soon | Due within the patient's next interval window |
| Overdue | Past the AAP-recommended catch-up window |
| Pending | Future dose; not yet due |
| Declined | Family elected not to give; reason recorded |
| Contraindicated | Medical contraindication; reason recorded |

- Patient PDF report — pulls current status as of report generation.
Edge cases
- Adjusted schedules for preterm or immunocompromised patients are supported but not automatic — review the AAP catch-up tables and adjust per dose.
- Declined and contraindicated doses include reason text — useful for clinical and audit records.
