Per-dose statuses

| Missed | A seasonal dose (e.g., flu) whose season passed; distinct from overdue because it can't be retroactively closed |
| Pending | Future dose; not yet due |
| Declined | Family elected not to give; reason recorded |
| Contraindicated | Medical contraindication; reason recorded |

- Clinician PDF: pulls current status as of report generation.
Edge cases
- Adjusted schedules for preterm or immunocompromised patients are supported but not automatic: review the AAP catch-up tables and adjust per dose.
- Declined and contraindicated doses include reason text, useful for clinical and audit records.
