Plans, seats, patient limits
Plan tier controls how many patients and team members you can have.
Tiers

Upgrading
Settings → Plans → pick a tier → checkout.
How patient seats are counted
- One "patient seat" = one active patient on your roster.
- Revoked patients don't count.
- Hitting the limit blocks new patient creation; existing patients keep working.
