Editing a past session

Completed sessions can be re-opened at any step.

Common reasons

  • Fix a typo in the note
  • Add a billing code you missed
  • Regenerate a meal plan the family asked to adjust
  • Update a goal

What happens when you edit

  • Affected documents (PDFs, Superbill, CMS-1500) regenerate
  • Audit trail captures every change
  • Original versions are preserved — you can roll back
