Food intro & allergens
Patient-logged solids introduction surfaces on the Infant Tracking tab and inside the food-specific detail modal.
Per-food data
For each food in the patient's intro tracker:
- Status: Not tried / Attempted / Mastered ("Loves it")
- Every meal it was served in: timestamp, reaction (Loved / Neutral / Disliked), sibling foods served alongside
- Allergen flag
Reaction logs
A separate reaction log (from Heartful Sprout) captures:
- Date, severity, symptoms
- Free-text notes
- Suspect foods
Auto-progression rules
- A Loved reaction marks the food as Mastered.
- Any other reaction marks it Attempted.
- Mastered status is never demoted.
For an early allergen-introduction case, scan the food list for unmarked top-9 allergens and prompt during the next visit.
