Session metadata
- Session type (nutrition counseling, assessment, follow-up, etc.)
- Start / end time (auto for live recordings)
- Duration (auto-calculated)
Privacy
- Audio encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Retained only as long as needed to generate the note, then auto-deleted.
